LIMITED WARRANTY: Toll Gate Auto Parts (Warrantor) warrants all mechanical parts for 90 days.  In event of a defect, promptly notify warrantor. Warrantor will at Warrantor’s option refund or, within a reasonable time, replace mechanical part. THE OBLIGATIONS OF THE WARRANTOR ARE LIMITED TO REPLACEMENT OR REFUND ONLY. IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR USE ARE LIMITED TO THE SAME TERM AS THE LIMITED WRITTEN WARRANTY. WARRANTOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LABOR, INSTALLATION, REMOVAL OR USE OF THIS MERCHANDISE. This is the only warranty given by the Warrantor. This Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

Cores must be returned complete  and assembled within 30 days for credit.

Parts that are accepted for return by TOLL GATE AUTO PARTS are subject to a 20% handling charge. There are no returns after 30 days.

Parts which are deemed defective under the Warranty will be replaced or refunded at . TOLL GATE AUTO PARTS' discretion. The Warranty shall be void if the part(s) returned do not bear their identifying marks, are used for any purpose not intended by the manufacturer, are improperly installed or maintained, are disassembled or damaged, are overheated, or are used in high performance and/or off road applications.

Special order parts will carry the warranty of the supplier and TOLL GATE AUTO PARTS cannot be held liable for such a warranty. Your sales associate will let you know when a part is a special order, and if so, what warranties apply.

All glass and sheet metal is sold on an “as is” basis. Any adjustment for damaged parts must be negotiated at the time of sale.

There are no cash refunds or returns on deposits. Check purchases will be held for 10 working days before refund.

TOLL GATE AUTO PARTS is not responsible for any labor charges incurred or any damages or loss caused from installation, removal, or use of this merchandise or any other consequential damage.

Oil seals and gaskets are not warranted.

Engine Warranty  covers the “long block”. Accessories such as the carburetor, throttle body, water pump, distributor, etc. which may have been left on the engine are not covered under the Warranty. All engines are equipped with a heat tab. If the engine is over heated and the center melts out, the Warranty is void. All engines are Warranted against head and block cracks, bad crankshaft and excessive oil consumption.

There are no returns on electrical parts. There is a replacement on all defective electrical parts. TOLL GATE AUTO PARTS will replace any defective electrical part. Electrical parts sold are not guaranteed to solve your electrical problem. TOLL GATE AUTO PARTS accepts no responsibility for improper diagnosis or installation.
